Due to on-going fuel problems, this evening's Southern League fixture away to Harrow Borough has been postponed. It may seem strange with the two clubs only five miles apart however the problem is not the location of the match but more the distance the players have to travel to get to the match, hopefully things will resolve quickly and a new date will be advised once agreed.
Making his debut for United this afternoon at Metropolitan Police was former Dagenham & Redbridge and Barnet defender Jack Connors who I would like to take this chance to welcome him to the SKYex. At the other end of the scale Keano Robinson today became the latest member of the United "100 Club" as he made his 100th appearance in a United shirt, congratulations Keano.
The club have this week received a delivery of a number of replica shirts with most standard sizes back in stock from Small to XL. This is likely to be the final shirt delivery this season so once they are gone that will be it for the current shirt. To be sure to get your size order soon via the Club Shop tab above.

21 year-old former AFC Bournemouth under 21 captain Dinesh Gillela has today joined Hayes & Yeading. Dinesh, whose family hail from Chennai in India, is an attacking right sided defender and he joins United looking to get some regular football under his belt to push his career forwards. Welcome Dinesh, I hope your stay at the SKYex is both productive and enjoyable.
18 year-old Oxford United attacking midfielder Tyler Goodrham has joined United on a youth loan to further his senior experience. He is highly thought of at Oxford and their Academy Manager Dan Harris is quoted by the U's as saying "We think the world of Tyler and he has done really well this summer but he needs to be in and around senior men’s football at the moment and this is a great opportunity for him to join a club where we know he will be really well looked after". Tyler started the match and scored against United during his host clubs pre-season victory over Paul Hughes' side. We welcome Tyler to the SKYex and hope your stay is beneficial to yourself as a player and the Club, I also offer a belated welcome back to returning goalkeeper Ravan Constable who is currently deputising for the injured Jack Smith.

All at Hayes & Yeading United were saddened to hear of the recent death of former club photographer Steve Montanna of MontImageMedia. Steve was only with the club for a short time during our championship winning season 2018/19 and was very much liked by all who knew him or came into contact with him. On behalf of the club I would like to send our deepest condolences to all of Steve's family and friends at this very sad time.
