Due to extended use of the club car park by a third party, on-site spectator parking will be limited at the SKYex for Tuesday's fixture however the club will endeavor to accomodate as many vehicles as it can, much as we did at short notice on Saturday when we had more space available than expected. The club apologise for this, however you are advised not to leave it until the last minute to arrive as once the car park is full it will be closed to any further arrivals.
Manager Paul Hughes has this week strengthened his squad with the signing of 26 year-old left-back Luke Warner-Eley who is expected to go straight into this afternoon's squad to face Hanwell Town at the SKYex. Much travelled Luke joins United from National League South side Concord Rangers having also played for Bedford Town and Cheshunt this season. He has donned a United shirt previously however as a trialist during the 2017/18 pre-season. Welcome to the SKYex and hope your stay is a fruitful and enjoyable one.

The club are looking to source alternative parking near to the stadium but are awaiting confirmation from third parties, we will advise if anything becomes available, there is off street parking in the vicinity however we request that you please park considerately and always adhere to parking regulations. The club apologise and confirm that this is only for the Hanwell Town fixture, parking will also be limited for the Merthyr Town game on Tuesday.
Hayes & Yeading United FC are looking for an assistant pitch side medic to work alongside the Head therapist, the team meets on Tuesday evenings (training or a match), Thursday evenings (training) and Saturday (match). We would prefer somebody with FA L2 (EFAiF) or above but all applications will be considered depending on experience, please contact us at medical@hyufc.co.uk to register your interest. Please be aware, this is a volunteer role which is ideal for students or someone that wants to gain experience in competitive football.
Manager Paul Hughes has this week enhanced his injury depleted defence with the arrival of experienced centre-back Tarik Moore-Azille who was recently with fellow Southern Premier South side Hendon. On the departure side, Cameron Green has taken the opportunity to return to the National League and has signed for Bromley. We welcome Tarik to United and at the same time wish Cameron all the best with his new club.
Hayes & Yeading United have been drawn at home to Brentford B in the semi-finals of this years Middlesex Senior Challenge Cup after the Bees beat Wealdstone on Tuesday night with a winner from Romeo Beckham. This fixture will take place at the SKYex on Tuesday 28th March, kick-off 19:45.
Winger Stan Flaherty has this week returned to parent club Quuens Park Rangers after his loan here at United expired. We thank Stan for his efforts in United red and wish him well in his future career.

Roger was their top scorer when they gained promotion in the 2021/22 season and we welcome him to the SKYex and hope his stay is both fruitful and enjoyable.
John's family have advised that his funeral will take place at 3pm on Wednesday 22nd February at the Woking Crematorium, Hermitage Road, Woking, GU21 8TJ. The after funeral gathering to raise a glass to a fine man will take place privately for family and close friends.
Sadly the club have been informed by the Middlesex FA that we played an ineligible player in our Quarter-Final win at Uxbridge as one of our players did not meet their rule of having played two games for the club prior to the game, the Uxbridge game was his second appearance. Uxbridge have therefore been reinstated in our place in the semi-finals.
In lieu of the original game being abandoned at half-time due to a frozen pitch, our match against Metropolitan Police on Tuesday 7th February will be a "Pay What You Want" fixture.
